Abstract
Unlicensed Mining is a mining business carried out by an individual, a group of people, or a foundation company with a legal entity which in its operation does not have a permit and government agencies in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. But on the other hand, the people in Batu Puter Village need jobs to make money in order to meet household needs and other needs. gold mining without a permit is sure to have both positive and negative impacts. The positive and negative impacts are the community's income and employment. The negative side is that the environment will be polluted by humans around it will decrease. Because unhealthy nature will trigger disease for humans. This study is a quantitative study using primary data and questionnaires with 40 illegal miners in Batu Puter Village, Rungan Hulu District, Gunung Mas Regency. Nonparametric statistical methods and descriptive analysis using SPSS v23. Based on the results of the research on the Impact of Unlicensed Gold Mining Activities in Batu Puter Village, Rungan Hulu District, Gunung Mas Regency with indicators of Income, Education, and Health, it can be concluded that there are positive and negative impacts. which illustrates the increasing number of school children, due to increased community income.
